An innovative P&L interface to help people manage short to long-term financial goals at a glance while providing personalized insights. This concept involved paper prototypes, sketches, and mid-fidelity layouts that show logging into the overview screen in addition to a visual direction for the core experience. We were tasked with envisioning future-thinking services for a newly planned smart city called Quayside in Toronto, Canada. Mid-fidelity wires were created to clearly communicate each proposed service within a printed pitch book for stakeholders. Ultimately, we were limited to smartphone and kiosk-style formats that couldn’t incorporate more IoT-related technologies.

Verizon wanted us to explore adding a high-traffic content section into the My Verizon app squarely directed at increasing millennial engagement. We designed two engaging options (Chat and Card) where people could interact and share aggregated content within their feed.
